How is your church's website really doing? Every month or two, it's best practice to go through your website with a fine-toothed comb and see how it's doing. The main things you're looking for include:
Inaccurate content. Do you mention a staff member who is no longer on staff? Or summer events when it's nearly Christmas?
Lack of a mission focus. Does your site reflect your church's mission and vision?
The overall design of the site. Do you like it? Are the pictures and text reflective of who your congregation is?
As you go through your site page by page, take notes. What do you need to fix? What do you need to update? What do you need to add? What do you need to take down?
